WanJi-Togo WIM project in Africa

On November 15th, 2017, Wanji completed WIM project in the Africa Republic of Togo, which marked the successful construction of the first overseas project by WanJi technology.

In the Togo WIM project, China Road and Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Jiaojian Group, purchased the bar weighing sensor from Wanji Technology. Wanji bar weighing sensor was installed on the Togo National No. 1 Highway, where is 15 kilometers from Lome, the capital of Togo. The Togo National No.1 highway is the national main line running through Togo, and is the main channel for the realization of the import and export of Lome Port. As such a national traffic route, it is particularly important to collect traffic information. In order to ensure the successful construction of the project, the company sent two senior experts to guide the whole process.

On November 2nd, the Director of the General Administration of Highways of the Republic of Togo, the President of the Togo Maintenance Road Foundation and the heads of the Planning Bureau, the Electromechanical Bureau, the Operation Bureau, and Dr. Cao Fan from the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and the Professor of the University of Changsha University of Science and Technology, visited the Togo National No. 1 Highway, after fully understanding the working principles of the bar weighing sensor and the advanced functions such as weighing accuracy, the director of the Togo Highway Directorate and the project leader of China Road and Bridge expressed great appreciation for Wanji products.
